A cowhide and timber ceilings bring a unique cosiness to the spaces, while the restored double glazed timber windows conjure memories of ancestral traditions. Arklių street, meaning 'Horse' street, derives its name from the old horse market that was located outside the city walls to which it leads. Opening the windows invites every rhythmical step and sensuous dialogue of the historical street below into the apartment.
