Naujasis BTA ofisas įsikūręs Business Garden pastatų komplekso A korpuse, 4 aukšte. Biuras visomis kryptymis apsuptas kontrastuojančiomis panoramomis - į ramų vidinį komplekso kiemą, į judrią Oslo gatvę bei atpalaiduojantį Lazdynų miško parką. Interjeras yra šiuolaikiškas ir jaukus, tačiau funkcionalus ir pragmatiškas. Pagrindinė interjero spalvų paletė - plytų raudona, samanų žalia ir tamsus, šiltas medis. Inspiracija raudonai spalvai atėjo iš BTA įmonės identiteto, siekis buvo turėti biuro atpažįstamumą nesvarbu kurioje biuro vietoje esi. Žalią spalvą uždavė vaizdas pro langą - Lazdynų miško parkas. Judant biuro vidinėmis erdvėmis visuomet matyti žali gamtos "paveikslai". Užduotis tamsesnio tono, šiltam medžiui atėjo iš pastato duotybės - baltų segmentinių lubų. Noras buvo atsverti šviesių ploktšumų kiekį interjere padarant jį jaukesnį. Splavų kiekis ir intensyvumas erdvėse taip pat nėra atsitiktinis, nors įmonės veikla iš pagrindų yra rimta, joje dirbantys žmonės - žaismingos asmenybės. BTA įmonė 2017 metais pradėjo rinkti šiuolaikinio meno kurinių kolekciją "BTA Art yra besivystanti kruopščiai atrinktų meno kūrinių kolekcija, geriausiai atspindinti šiuolaikinio meno ypatybes Baltijos šalyse. Jis sukurtas remiantis BTA vertybėmis – prieinamumu, žmogiškumu ir patikimumu, siekiant sukurti malonesnę darbo aplinką BTA darbuotojams ir lankytojams.", norint tęsti meno temą recepcijos zonoje esantys baldai buvo kurti su mintimi juos turėti monumentalius, skulptūriškus. Projektas sąmoningai turi gyvenamųjų erdvių jausmą ir savybes biuro kontekste, kaip patys BTA teigia "BTA - į žmogų orientuota bendrovė". Atsižvelgiant į tai pagal skirtingas komandų darbo specifikas buvo kruopščiai parinkta kiekvienos komandos sedėjimo vieta. Namų atmosferai sukurti naudojama meno kurinių, kilimų, užuolaidų pagalba, papildomai pasitelkiamas dekoratyvinis, šiltas apšvietimas. Erdvės nėra projektojamos kaip ištisos darbo vietų zonos, jos skaidomos susitikimų kambarių tūriais, atskiriamos poilsio zonomis su raminančiais vaizdais pro langus, atviro tipo susitikimų erdvėmis.

The new BTA office is located on the 4th floor in building A of the Business Garden building complex. The office is surrounded by contrasting panoramas in all directions - to the calm inner courtyard of the complex, to the busy Oslo street and to the relaxing Lazdynai forest park. The interior is modern and cozy, yet functional and pragmatic. The main interior color palette is brick red, moss green and dark, warm wood. The inspiration for the red color came from the BTA company identity, the aim was to have the brand recognizable no matter where you are in the office. The green color was given by the view through the windows - Lazdynai Forest Park. When moving through the interior spaces of the office, you can always see green framed pictures of nature. The task of a darker tone, warm wood, came from the building's givenness - the white segmental ceiling. The desire was to offset the amount of light surfaces in the interior by making it cozier. The amount and intensity of noise in the spaces is also not accidental, although the purpose of the company is serious, the people working in it are playful individuals. In 2017, the BTA company started collecting contemporary art works "BTA Art is a developing collection of carefully selected works of art, which best reflects the characteristics of contemporary art in the Baltic countries. It is created based on BTA's values - accessibility, humanity and reliability, in order to create a more pleasant working environment for BTA employees and visitors.", in order to continue the art theme, the furniture in the reception area was created with the idea of having them monumental, sculptural. The project deliberately has the feeling and characteristics of residential space in an office context, as BTA themselves say "BTA is a human-centered company". Taking this into account, the seating area of each team was carefully selected according to the different specifics of the teams' work. Artwork, decorative rugs, and curtains are used to create a home atmosphere, additionally decorative, warm lighting is used. The spaces are not designed as continous workplace areas, they are divided by the clusters of meeting rooms, separated by breakout areas with calming views through the windows, open-type meeting spaces.
