Šis ofisas įsikūręs atsinaujinusiame Lelijos pastato viršutiniame aukšte, su nuostabiais Vilniaus miesto vaizdais. Ofisas pasižymi skaidrumu, vientisumu bei jaukiomis erdvėmis. Stiklinės pertvaros bei dideli langai leidžia saulės spinduliams sklisti per visą interjerą.

ENG

The office design project is situated atop the newly renovated "Lelija" building, occupying a fresh new story with stunning views of Vilnius. This open office concept focuses on transparency, creating an environment where light and space flow freely. Glass partitions and doors are everywhere, enhancing the sense of openness and allowing natural light to fill every corner.

Upon entering the office, you're welcomed by a spacious social area, a hub of interaction and friendship. Here, colleagues gather to chat, prepare meals together, and find alternative workstations that suit different working styles. This area seamlessly connects to a large boardroom, with movable glass partitions that allow the spaces to merge into one unified area.

MEETING SPACES

Meeting rooms, strategically placed to separate the common area from workspaces, feature frosted glass that subtly extends the feeling of the social space into the working areas. This design ensures that the lively atmosphere of communal areas spreads throughout the office.

WORKSPACES

The panoramic windows provide breathtaking views of the cityscape, adding to the office’s airy and open ambiance.

TERRACE AND PAVILLION

A private roof terrace offers a lush retreat with spectacular views, perfect for socializing, team activities, or enjoying meals together. The terrace, filled with greenery, enhances the office’s connection to nature.

MATERIALITY

Material choices reflect a balance of modernity and warmth—wood, stainless steel, concrete, and glass come together to create an atmosphere that is both light and inviting, radiating comfort and tranquility. Throughout the office, an array of plants, both indoors and out, enriches the space with a sense of life and peace.
